November 2018 presenter: Charlton Kupa'a Hee. He is a conservationist with the Hawaiʻi Department of Land and Natural Resources and will speak about how work and traditions permeate his artwork and the intent behind the installation Pohue: Storied Gourds exhibited in the inaugural 2017 Honolulu Biennial in this lunchtime presentation. Art Lunch is a free monthly art lecture series at the Hawaii State Art Museum, held on the last Tuesday of the month. Bring your own lunch (or buy one at Artizen cafe!) and feed your creativity!
