Learn how to make chocolate croissants, meringue cookies, snickerdoodle monster cupcakes, and gluten-free chocolate peanut butter cupcakes with chocolate ganache. Jennifer is the baker and owner of Shortcakes Hawaii, an all-vegan bakery that will be opening its storefront on Oahu in the near future. Jennifer currently bakes and sells all of her products from home while taking care of her toddler full-time.
